Buyer states that they are over the age of 18. All minors attempting to make purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Additionally, buyer states that they are not a law enforcement officer or a government employee. Buyer further states that they are not associated with nor affiliated with any government agency nor are ordering product under the instruction of any government agent or agency.

Including but not limited to fines, criminal charges and imprisonment. We will not refund or replace any items that have been taken by customs. Buyer understands that the Essential Elements Apothecary's offer of any product is void where prohibited, and that it is Buyers own responsibility to check and abide by local laws and regulations. Buyer will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided by The Essential Elements Apothecary. Buyer agrees to make no attempt to hold the Essential Elements Apothecary liable for anything that may happen to a consignment while en route, and Buyer understands that since The Essential Elements Apothecary cannot know of all laws for all countries, it is entirely Buyers responsibility to make certain that the products ordered are allowed in Buyers country of residence. Buyer understands that returns cannot be accepted due to the possibility of contamination of product.

It is extremely important to note that the prices of herbs and essential Oils fluctuate. We are unable to effectively update the prices on our website regularly to match the prices of the current market. Given our current situation we are also unable to keep a consistent update on our current inventory. By ordering you (buyer) acknowledges the possibility that a product may be out of stock, (regardless of whether the site says it is in stock or not). In the event that this happens we will call you and refund your money if necessary. Because of this it is an extremely good idea to call us before placing an order so that you can ensure the product you wish to order is currently in stock. The shop number is 503-231-2831.

If Buyer provides a billing address that does not match the billing address on the bank records, orders will NOT be honored until the billing address is verified by the Essential Elements Apothecary. Also, orders CANNOT be placed by third parties; if the name on the Credit card does NOT match the name of the person placing the order, the order will most-likely be voided. If the Essential Elements Apothecary,decides to honor the transaction, it will be at their sole discretion of The Essential Elements Apothecary,and additional information will then be required before the transaction can be processed, such as proof of age and address of all parties involved in the transaction.
