All orders will be processed & shipped within 3 business days unless a product is out of stock. If a product happens to be out of stock, we will wait to ship the order until our stock has been replenished. Restocking generally takes 5 business days.

All orders will be shipped through UPS. It is advised that you ensure all products you order are legal within your state/providence/ or country before purchasing, we will not be responsible for any packages confiscated by customs.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns unless there has been a blatant mistake on our part.

It is extremely important to note that the prices of herbs and essential Oils fluctuate. We are unable to effectively update the prices on our website regularly to match the prices of the current market. Given our current situation we are also unable to keep a consistent update on our current inventory. By ordering you acknowledge the possibility that a product may be out of stock, In the event that this happens we will call you and refund your money if necessary.
